Description
Ammocharis longifolia (Amaryllidaceae). Malgas lily. This deciduous bulb is native to South Africa and a winter grower. The flowers appear in autumn and after that the leaves will appear. The 9 to 14 leaves have an edge that looks like its been cut off. Sowing : Sow seeds as fresh as possible. Do not cover the seeds but simply press them down in the seedling mix.
