Description
Arctotis scabra. Roughly hairy subshrub to 40cm. Leaves oblanceolate to linear, hairy above, white-felted beneath. Flowers radiate, solitary on leafy peduncles, floral disc yellow or dark with yellow rays. Sowing : Seed should be sown in a well-drained seedling mix, and need only be covered lightly with the sowing mix, clean coarse sand or milled bark. The trays should be kept moist in a warm but shaded position. Locality: Theewater. Harvest: December 2022
