Description
Brachystelma perditum (Apocynaceae) The plant looks very similar to Raphionacme hirsuta and they also grow togerther in certain localities. The leaves looks similar but the flowers gives perditum away. The large starlike flowers can vary from a dark maroon to black with speckles inside. Sowing : Sow seeds in summer in a well drained medium. Date of harvest : October 2011. Locality : Clarens.
