Description
Celtis Sinensis (Ulmaceae). It is a deciduous tree that grows up to 12m high. It has a spreading crown. The tree is popular with Bonsai growers due to the fact that it is fast growing. Small green flowers appear in spring followed by fruits that are edible when ripe. Sowing : Seeds germinate easily. Locality : Ex Hort. Harvest : September 2020
