Description
Crassula perfoliata ssp. coccinea (Crassulaceae) It grows up to 0.5 m when in flower. The leaves are oblong-sickle-shaped, succulent, firm and arranged in opposite rows. They have a bright green colour. The flowers are a bright red colour. Sowing : Seeds are fine and should not be covered too much otherwise they will not germinate. Date of harvest : January 2012. Locality : Grahamstown.
