Description
Crocosmia paniculata BULB (Iridaceae). Clump forming perennial with large panicles of bright red starry flowers arising from tall sword like pleated leaves, good architectural plant, drought tolerant. Height 150cm requires full sun to partial shade in well drained soil plant at 15cm minimum depth. Makes excellent cutflowers and a dramatic impact to any border. Sowing : Sow seeds in springtime. Locality : Ex Hort.
