Description
Epacris microphylla (Ericaceae). The Coral Heath grows in heathland in moist areas in eastern Australian.? It is a shrub comprising a few erect branches, growing up to 1 metre high. The leaves are 2 to 7 mm long and spaced evenly down most of the length of the branches. The white flowers are crowded at the top of branches, spreading down the branch for 20 to 30 cm. Sowing : Sow in trays, pots, etc of good seed compost in a propagator or warm place to maintain an optimum temperature of 20-25C.? Cover with peat or sand.? Locality : Ex Hort.
