Description
Gasteria disticha (Aloaceae). Gasteria disticha has broad strap-like leaves with a shark-skin texture. It has a simple inflorescence of small salmon pink to red flowers from winter to summer. This plant does very well in a rockery and can withstand being planted in the shade. Sowing: Sow in springtime in a well drained medium. Locality: Montagu. Harvest: January 2023
