Description
Haemanthus humilis “giant” BULB. Haemanthus humilis “Giant” (Amaryllidaceae) Very hardy, deciduous, bulbous plant with broad leaves. Short stems with a stiff brush-like head of pink flowers are produced. Fleshy, oval, white to orange fruit are attractive and sought after by birds. Plant in semi-shade. Looks attractive growing in between rocks. This is a clone with exceptionally large leaves.
