Description
Malephora crocea (Mesembryanthemaceae) Ice Plant. Gray-green or blue-green foliage with erect or spreading growth habit. Very tolerant of heat, wind, exhaust fumes and fires making it ideal for city street and highway plantings. The beautiful red daisy like flowers bloom over a long season. Sowing : Sow seeds in autumn in a well drained medium. Locality : Langkloof. Harvest : October 2021
