Description
Mestoklema tuberosum (Mesembryanthemaceae). It grows in the Eastern cape parts of South Africa in dry areas. The swollen roots, each four centimeters in diameter will form clusters up to 20 centimeters in diameter. The plant can grow to 60 centimeters in height. It is therefore loved by caudiciform collectors. The flowers are pink. Sowing : Sow seeds in summer in a well drained medium. Locality : Ex Hort. Date of harvest : May 2014
