Description
Nerine falcata (Amaryllidaceae). It have very distinct upright light green leaves and huge spherical umbels of strongly recurved, large, bright-pink flowers each borne on a 25cm long peduncle. The flowers appear late summer or autumn. Sowing : Sow it in deep seed trays in a sandy medium. Just cover the seed. Leave the seedlings in the trays for at least two seasons, after which they can be grown on in larger containers. Locality : Ex Hort. Harvest : February 2021
