The stems are deciduous, and generally die in winter when the plant is dormant. Give no water in winter when the plant is dormant. Rots quite easily. They produce a lovely dark pink flower. Sowing : Sow seeds in summer in a well drained medium. Locality : Bloemfontein. Date of harvest : March 2014
