Description
Scadoxus membranaceus (Amaryllidaceae). This is the smallest species of the Scadoxus genus. It is a shade loving plant and often do not go into dormancy. The red flowers can stay on the plant for up to 3 months and are followed by berries that also turn red. Locality: Ex Hort. Harvest: July 2021
