Description
Stellarioides arida (Ornithogalum tenuifolium ssp aridum) Leaves vary on this species from many to few, linear to filiform. Flowers are suberect, whitish with green keels. Sowing : Sow seeds in springtime in a well-draining medium. Spread seeds thinly to prevent damping-off. Cover with a thin layer of river sand. Keep moist. Seed will germinate in about 2 weeks after sowing. Locality: Bloemfontein. Harvest: January 2020
