Description
Thuranthos basuticum. (Hyacinthaceae) Previously called Urginea basuticum. The bulb is fairly large. The flower spike appear in early summer and is up to 70cm high with the flowers spaced to the top 1/4. The color of the flower is a greenish brown. Sowing : Sow in summer in a well drained mixture and keep moist. Locality : Bloemfontein. Harvest : June 2020
