Description
Trachyandra hirsuta. Rhizomatous perennial up to 60cm, with wiry roots. Leaves arranged in a fan, lanceolate, usually velvety; flowers white, in sparsely branched raceme, long flower stalk with flowers usually taller than leaves. Sowing : Sow seeds in autumn in a well drained medium. Locality: Stellenbosch. Harvest: December 2022
