Please note that we have a minimum order of US$30 or R300

 

Your parcel will be processed and shipped as soon as payment has cleared on our side.

We will update you via email on the status of your order.

For international deliveries outside of South Africa, we use Mailwise in the UK. Shipping for international orders usually takes around 3 weeks. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

All South African deliveries will make use of The Courier Guy. Shipping time is usually 2-3 days for major centres, and 3-5 days for outlying areas.

Tracking numbers will be sent to you once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Terms

  1. Once the postal tracking number has been forwarded to the client, the parcel becomes the responsibility of the client.
  2. For international orders, if the client chooses to pay a further 5% of the value of the invoice for insurance and the parcel is not delivered to said client the full amount of the invoice excluding the insurance amount will be refunded.
  3. Alternately where possible and depending on availability we would replace the goods lost.
