Agapanthus large blue (100 seeds)
It produce large clusters (known as umbrels) of funnel-shaped flowers at the end of a tall stem. They make excellent cut flowers and will last for up to 10 days in a vase of water. It grows to a height of approximately 130cm and produces large purple-blue flowers.
Sowing instructions: Seed should be sown in deep (10 cm) trays, in a mixture of equal parts river sand and fine compost, and kept semi-shaded and moist. Seed germinates readily within six to eight weeks.
