Common names: Hedgehog aloe, Spider aloe, Drocodile jaws.
It is a very spectacularly colored, suckering, and low-growing aloe. It is a very desirable kind that produce beautiful flowers. Leaves are pale blue-green and are ordered by short translucent white marginal “teeth” and irregularly spaced bumps (tubercules) often arranged in transverse rows on both the upper and lower surfaces.
