A mid-sized Aloe with glossy pale green to brownish, mottled leaves and branched inflorescence with pinkish red flowers. Native to the mountains of Djibouti and northern Somalia between 1400 and 1700 m.
Sowing instructions: Sow in trays, pots, etc of good seed compost in a propagator or warm place to maintain an optimum temperature of 20-25°C. Cover with peat or sand.
