Avonia ustulata (100 seeds)

Avonia ustulata (Portulacaceae). Moerplantjie. Similar to A. papyracea but more unusual, developing a mass of miniature branching stems. Thought to be the Khoi peoples original source for yeast. Sowing: Seeds will usually germinate in 30-90 days, even under good conditions germination may be erratic. Sow seeds on the surface of a well drained seed sowing mix at about 22°C.
