Balanites maughamii (Balanitaceae) It is a medium to large tree that can grow up to 20m. It is deciduous to semi-deciduous. It has a typically spreading crown. The zig zag branches are armed with spines.  Sowing : Sow seeds in summer.  Locality : Pietersburg.  Harvest : August 2022
