Beiselia mexicana

A bizarre, dry deciduous shrub or small tree in the Burseraceae with knobbly stems and pinnate leaves with serrated, corrugated leaflets. Beiselia mexicana is native to dry forest in a remote region in western Michoacán, Mexico. In cultivation it is a prized subject for bonsai cultivation.
Sowing instructions: Sow seeds in summer in a well drained medium.
