It is a dwarf mat-forming perennial succulent which has short woody erect or prostrate stems. The whole plant is velvety and can grow up to 200 mm tall.

Sowing instructions: Sow in trays, pots, etc of good seed compost in a propagator or warm place to maintain an optimum temperature of 20-25Celcius. Cover with peat or sand.
