An exotic Andean South American member of the cucumber/melon family yielding cucumber-like fruits that can grow up to 6-8″ long. Fruits have a number of edible uses, both raw and cooked, and have a flavor akin to artichoke. Fast growing vine.
Sowing instructions: Sow seeds in summer in a well drained medium.
