Fenestraria rhopalophylla ssp. aurantiaca (Mesembryanthemaceae) It is an evergreen mat forming geophyte, mainly subterranean with just the tips of the leaves appearing above the soil. The var. aurantiaca distinguish for the flowers that are bright golden yellow colored (never white).
