is a small to medium-sized aloe-like plant bearing triangular, mottled, channelled leaves and racemes of pinkish flowers during spring. It is endemic to the eastern part of the Western Cape, growing in dry fynbos vegetation. It thrives in cultivation and is easily grown from leaf cuttings or seed.
