Leucadendron spissifolium? (Proteaceae). Old name is Leucadendron glabrum. A fast growing small bushy shrub 1 meters in height with numerous stems native to South Africa. Pale involucral leaves surround the scented white-yellow flowers in late spring. Sowing : Sow seeds in autumn. They germinate better with a smoke treatment. Locality : Villiersdorp.
