Native to the summer rainfall areas of South Africa. It has bipinnate gray leaves; four petalled flowers – the upper two long like hares’ ears and pink with cherry veins, the lower two small and rounded with cherry veins; winter dormant.
Sowing instructions: Sow in trays, pots, etc of good seed compost in a propagator or warm place to maintain an optimum temperature of 20-25°C. Cover with peat or sand.
