Pelargonium echinatum

Pelargonium echinatum. Geraniaceae. The leaves are cordate-ovate (heart-shaped) with crenate or crenulate (frilly) margins.  Flower color varies from white or pink to dark purple. Dark markings are present on the upper two petals. Sowing: Sow seeds in autumn in a well drained medium. Locality: Richtersveld.  Harvest: October 2023
