Searsia dentata (Rhus dentata) (100 seeds)

It is a deciduous shrub to small tree up to 6 m high, with a smooth, greyish brown bark. The leaves, which are pink when young, turning dull yellow to orange-red in autumn, are trifoliolate, with the two side leaflets smaller than the terminal leaflet, dark green above and paler green below with long hairs.

Sowing instructions: Sow seed in trays and, if available use subsurface heating or a mist unit , to provide a constant temperature of 20 – 25 °C to speed up the germination of seed.
