Trichodiadema pygmaeum (Mesembryanthemaceae) It is a semi-prostrate, mat-forming, compact dwarf succulent shrub up to 30 mm high. The leaves are oblong and semicircular and covered with distinct hair-like bristles. The flowers are pink. Sowing : Sow in trays, pots, etc of good seed compost in a propagator or warm place to maintain an optimum temperature of 20-25C. Cover with peat or sand. Location: Ladysmith.
